3. The confirmation of transport on the above rates is subject to availability on the day of making the booking.
4. Let us know hotels name, rate given considering hotels are in city center only.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
01. The Car / Tour will be confirmed only after receiving the certain amount of payment. (or Indicated) & the Hotel will only be confirmed against 100 % advance payment. (or Indicated) 02. Cabs that are booked for outstation should not be use for local usage. (or Indicated) 03. If the bill amount increases during the usage of the car, then the balance payment must be made before leaving the car. 04. Rates are calculated on Time (hours) / Distance (kms.) from garage to garage basis. a) One day means a one calendar day ( from midnight 12 to midnight 12). 05. All Parkings, Toll Taxes & Inter State Taxes, if any will be charged extra and actual. (or Indicated) 06. Guides and Entry Tickets to Monuments, if any direct. if any will be charged extra and actual. (or Indicated) 07. For out of station the minimum running 10 hrs. / 250 kms. & 300 kms. Subject to different vehicles & will be charged per day. (or Indicated) 08. For Booking Safari please send us your Photo Id copy by email in advance. 09. For hill station trip, 50% extra shall be charged on basic rate per km. OR Air-Condition will not work on hill region. 10. If Fuel prices hike the above rates will change. 11. The customer is expected to fill in the duty slip, duly sign the same and hand over to the driver. (or Indicated) 12. The Technical specifications are just for general information, the chance may occur that the same car may not be available at the time of the booking. 13. Tour Cost will be Excluding : (or Indicated) - Monument fee / Sightseeing tickets or Entry Fee - Any personal nature of expenses. - Anything which is not mentioned above. - Cost incurred due to mishaps, strikes, political unrest etc. 13. Disputes, if any shall be subject to Udaipur, Rajasthan, India Jurisdiction only.
ADVANCE & CANCELLATION
TRANSPORT: Advance 1) Minimum 25% as Advance [ before 10-15 days ] 2) Minimum 50% as Advance [ before 8-10 days ] 3) Minimum 100% as Advance [ before 1 - 2 days ] Cancellation on Total Amount: 1) If you cancel 48 hours prior the pick-up time, 25% of the booked amount will be deducted. 2) If you cancel 24 hours prior the pick-up time, 50% of the booked amount will be deducted. 3) If you cancel within 24 hours prior the pick-up time, no refund. 4) The refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer’s bank account. No cash refund requests entertained. 5) The amount will be refunded within 15 business days.
ACCOMMODATION / HOTEL:
Advance:- 100% against Confirmation. ( No Guarantee / No Entitlement regarding the services provided by hotels booked by "ABHAY TRAVELS", because the expectation varies from customer to customer, get satisfied yourself online by hotel names given by us ) (Note : Hotel will request for an original proof of identity. This could be a passport (essential for all foreigners), Driving License, Voter I'd. Card or a Pan Card. Our hotelier can request opening and search of personal baggage on arrival in presence of the guest.)

Check-in Time = 12 PM / Earlier (subject to availability and Occupancy)
Check-out Time = 10 AM / Earlier Cancellation:- Subject to Hotel policy.
